WOW! We just celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and from start to finish it was fantastic! From a smooth booking to a fabulous party, thank you to all of the staff that worked tirelessly to ensure we had a great time. The kids all had a fab time and loved the variety of party food - there was something for everyone. Thank you so much Zig Zags, we will certainly be back 😊

Have today had my son’s 5th birthday party here and he has had a fantastic time. Zig Zags is clean and well kept and the staff are happy to go above and beyond to make the experience amazing. They are polite, welcoming and nothing is too much for them. We opted for the hot food buffet with a great variety and looked very tasty. Everything is well organised and runs smoothly, we literally didn’t have to do anything. The party room is a lovely room, fit for any birthday boy or girl. Our party host Angel was brilliant, so interactive with the children. She was more than happy to accommodate anything. It’s crazy to think of the service you get for the small price per child. We added in party bags for a small fee per child and they were full of colouring books and crayons, not the usual bits of plastic you get. My son has had a fabulous time and he is already asking for his party here again next year. Would definitely recommend Zig Zags, great value for money.

Had my son’s 5th birthday party here today, absolutely fab! He had a great time. Not only was the play area great, but the staff were fantastic! Very helpful and really efficient. Special thanks to Angel who was our party host, she was great with the kids, they all loved her and she was fantastic at getting the kids ready for Spider-Man’s entrance. Thanks for making Oscar’s birthday party so good. Definitely recommend!

Just had my sons 4th birthday party. Absolutely amazing, exactly what I wanted with a party, I paid for what I wanted and how many children turned up, about 10/15 children didn’t attend so numbers were drastically lower than what I had told them, this wasn’t a problem! The party was still amazing and all the kids were looked after. Squash and cups on the tables for when they are playing, hot food buffet was very good, all children had plenty of food, then tip tops for pudding. Tables were clean on arrival, party room was also clean. The staff took care of the balloons, party bags and cake which I had bought in just to make it even more stress free. The lady who looked after my sons party, I’m not sure of her name but she was amazing! I did tell her in the room, I was so grateful for how amazing she was, getting the kids so happy and involved in singing and even got them doing different silly faces for photos which I loved! There was no rushing the food, or the singing. Also, I had a personalised cake with a photo of my son and thank you to Tyler who kept his face part of the cake to give back to me, I thought this was just such a lovely special touch. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again! Thanks zig zags and all the staff who made my sons party extra special 🥰

Maisie-Rose had a party today and we was tended by Carla, Lily and Becky. Carla and Lily went above and beyond too make sure everything was perfect and appreciating all the little personal touches I wanted to add. They also had the personality which was important for me to keep the kids engaged and the atmosphere fun. Becky was helpful friendly and attentive at the counter and helped me pay up my bill. We had a great time!

We had private hire on Saturday evening. well worth it. the place was clean well presented and pleasant for it party. The two staff that were on for our party were awesome, as soon as i had spotted something that needed sorting they were already on it, polite, helpful and very pleasant. The party food was some of the best we have had over the years, tasty and fresh (we had mixed buffet) if would highly recommend them but we might find it hard to get a booking if i did 😁
